General Terms and Conditions (GTCs)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, registrations, and contract conclusions via our online shop and our event platform at www.countryhigh.ch . The provider is:

2. Offers and prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Subject to price changes, errors, and misprints. Offers in the shop and for events are subject to change.


3. Orders & Conclusion of Contract
Your order or registration is binding. By submitting your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You will receive an automatic confirmation via email.


4. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay). Shipping or participation is only guaranteed after full payment.


5. Delivery & Shipping
We typically ship orders within Switzerland within 7-14 business days. Digital tickets or confirmations are sent via email. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.


6. Participation in events
Participation in COUNTRY HIGH events is at your own risk. We reserve the right to make program changes or substitute coaches. Participation is only guaranteed after payment has been received. Refunds will be issued if events are canceled by the organizer.


7. Withdrawal & Cancellation
Event tickets can only be canceled up to a date specified in the event. After that, no refunds are available. Merchandise items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects.


8. Pre-reservation (waiting list)
Being included in the pre-reservation list does not guarantee a ticket. The final booking will only be made after the official booking information has been sent.


9. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for two years. Cash payment is not possible. Vouchers are transferable.


10. Disclaimer
We assume no liability for damages arising during events or from improper use of the products. Participation in events is at your own risk.


11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy .


12. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the COUNTRY HIGH association.
